1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping (Within Pakistan): PKR 200
Free Shipping: On orders over PKR 3,500
4. Delivery Time Estimates
All Over Pakistan: 3–5 business days
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow the status of your delivery in real time.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for orders within Pakistan.
Please ensure your contact and delivery details are correct, as failed COD deliveries may not be reattempted.
7. Order Delays or Issues
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
Weather disruptions
Courier delays
High demand periods (e.g., Eid, New Year, etc.)

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
In case of a failed delivery due to customer absence or incorrect address, redelivery charges may apply.
9. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will work with the courier and take necessary steps to resolve the issue.
