At Dure, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care in ensuring the quality of our perfumes and packaging. However, due to the nature of fragrance products, our return and exchange policy is outlined below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
The item(s) arrived damaged or defective.
You received the wrong item(s) in your order.
Important Notes:
Items must be in their original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
Your order number
Photos of the item(s) and packaging
A brief description of the issue
Email us at returns@dure.pk, and our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
4. Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges for:
Items that are defective
Wrong item sent in place of your original order
Opened product must have at least 90% or above of the original contents remaining
No return or exchange for Tester and Sample boxes
Order above PKR.9000/= only can be exchange and not eligible for refund
All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, we may offer a store credit or refund at our discretion.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
Approved damaged or incorrect items (if a replacement is not available)
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval
6. Shipping Costs
We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
If you are eligible for a return or exchange, we will provide shipping instructions via email.
